BUSINESS MEETING

Join us for our Annual Church Business Meeting February 01 at 9 am in the Children's Ministry Center Praise and Worship room.

MISSION IMPURSEABLE

The mission is back! Should you choose to accept, it would require that you give away a gently used purse “filled” with as many of the items listed below for those who need a tangible expression of God’s love around Valentine’s Day. This year, the donations will be presented to The Salt Ministry of Orlando and Passionate Heart Ministries by Sunday, February 15, 2026. Each purse is to come “filled” and dropped off at the Forest Lake Church in the designated area provided. Our goal this year is to service two facilities. The amount of purses needed for this goal is 350 love-filled purses from our church. Together we can make a difference in our community and show that we are truly the extension of the hands and feet of Jesus. Here are ways to help:

Donate: A gently-used purse or small backpack FILLED with the items listed below, or $25 to purchase the contents and place Mission Impurseable Project in the memo line.

Volunteer: Help sort and pack purses by texting your name and hours of availability to Pamela Callwood at (407)353-9013 to receive a text confirmation.

LIST: The purse can be filled with masks, sanitizer, disposable gloves, shampoo/conditioner, perfume, sanitary items, socks, bars of soap, deodorant, small devotional, chapstick, lotion, small wash cloth, dental floss, toothbrush w/cover and toothpaste, alcohol-free mouthwash, facial tissue, comb/hairbrush, wipes, shaving cream, manicure sets, disposable razors, etc.

Most items can be purchased at the Dollar Tree.
